Today, the company is led by Walter Manning Jr., who took over operations after graduating from Providence College with a degree in Business Management. Having managed the company for over 12 years, Walter Jr. has carried forward his father’s legacy while expanding the business to offer a broader range of services.

As lifelong residents of the area, the Manning family is proud to call Bonnet Shores home. When Walter Jr. isn’t overseeing projects, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Stefanie, their daughter, Luisa, and their loyal dog, Lt. Dan. The family loves boating on Narrow River, surfing, fishing, and making the most of sunny beach days.
